Systech’s engineering team has many different services and resources spread all over the web. When I started my internship engineers typically had 10+ bookmarks to the various services and drives that held the information and documents needed to do their jobs. I created a central Engineering Portal using SharePoint 365 to consolidate the mass of information the team needs on a daily basis.
The engineering documentation team in particular had been manually sending out documents for review by several varying parties. I implemented a workflow to automatically send out the documents and keep track of who had completed their tasks.
